1. Acceptance of Terms
- By using the Hireable platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
- If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
- We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and you will be notified of any material changes.
2. Service Description
- Hireable is a hiring platform that connects job seekers with employers and recruiters.
- Candidates can create profiles, upload resumes, and introduction media.
- Employers can search for candidates and view profiles through available payment plans.
- We facilitate connection between parties but are not a party to any employment agreement.
3. User Accounts
- You must be 18 years or older to use our services.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- All information you provide must be accurate and truthful.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms.
4. For Candidates
- By creating a profile, you agree to make your information visible to subscribed employers.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of information in your profile and resume.
- You must not upload inappropriate, misleading, or rights-infringing content.
- You can delete your account at any time by contacting our support team.
5. For Employers
- Candidate information must be used for recruitment purposes only.
- Sharing candidate information with third parties without permission is prohibited.
- All candidates must be treated with respect and professionalism.
- We reserve the right to terminate access in case of platform misuse.
6. Payments & Subscriptions
- All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED).
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time before the renewal date.
- Payments for Pay Per Resume are non-refundable.
- We reserve the right to change prices with prior notice.
7. Prohibited Content
- False, misleading, or fraudulent content.
- Content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights.
- Offensive, discriminatory, or illegal content.
- Any attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
- Use of bots or automated programs to collect data.
8. Limitation of Liability
- We provide the platform 'as is' without express or implied warranties.
- We are not liable for any losses resulting from platform use.
- We are not responsible for the accuracy of user-provided information.
- We are not a party to any dispute between candidates and employers.
9. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
- Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Dubai courts.
